Limited Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage
SEANTECK LLC (“SEANTECK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes pride in the products we sell and warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that all SEANTECK products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the Warranty Period (outlined below), subject to the below conditions.


Warranty Period
This limited warranty lasts for 1 YEAR from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period").


What We Will Do
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, SEANTECK will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
  • Exchange the product with a new or refurbished product.
  • Refund the purchase price of the product.


What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Accidents, fire, or external causes.
  • Products not purchased directly from SEANTECK.


How to Obtain Service
To obtain warranty service, contact us at sean@seanteck.com. Make sure to include a description of the defect or problem along with the original order ID or a copy of the original sales receipt.


Shipping Your Return
If your warranty claim is approved, you will be supplied with a Return Material Authorization number (“RMA#”) and a pre-paid shipping label. Please do not ship your product to us prior to receiving your RMA#.

We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

  • Pack your item securely in adequate cardboard packaging to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
  • Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This will include your printed RMA# and packing slip.
  • Attach your return label to the package.
  • Ship your return based on the shipping label provided.


There are no express warranties other than the warranty set forth herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL SEANTECK LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

The warranty is only available in the United States. No SEANTECK reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

SEANTECK’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be replacement of non-conforming products.
